What is reality?? this is simple to answer reality is what you are living right now this moment and all the expiriences that involved that is reality.
But what happen if i tell you that the thing that you call reality is not the real reality, is just an invention of your mind is your own world is only a dream, all the expiriences and all the people of this relity is an invention of yours, you crete it, you are like a kind of God, that way of thinking is vey confusing why if you make this world like a god why you are like the others and not like a god, you do it inconcient.
Another way of thinking can be that a person do this world and you and all the people are a part of it like in "matrix" you are living a kind of dream and your body is in one place and your mind is in other.
well you can think that this two thinking are absurd but think about it is sound irreal but can be real.
