Death Realize that we are about to die is something only the human beings have; that make us mortals, but what everyone is really afraid of is that we are unique and in the exact moment we die something that existed once and that never will exist again has gone; so that is the moments when we start thinking about another life, something that goes beyond this life and can make us still be us and “exist”.
Death is imminent and is always one step behind us that means that no matter what you do or how healthy you are, you could die at any moment.
Very deep inside us we just care about our destiny, we care about other people deaths but at the end, we just want to know about what is next for our person.
In my opinion this is something that is true but I also think that we shouldn’t live with fear just because we don’t know what is next or if it is really something next, maybe this is it and nothing more, that is why I think we should live this life with all our energy and do everything we want without hurting or affect the people’s respect and liberty.

because we could die, so we need to be consious about our actions we need to take care about ourselves an dont do things that could damage our health.
I think that we are afraid about dead because we dont know of what is it about, what would we feel in that moment that one day near or far it would come and also because we know that we would be alone in that process.

I agree that death is always one step behind us, we can be alive today and tomorrow we die in an instant and our life is over. I also think it is true the saying that if something existed, will no longer exist, why not really know what will happen to our life, we do not know if we will live again or we will stay dead forever, and that our future is always uncertain and our lives can completely change in a minute.
