We all act in the world and we respond to the environment that we are living, and we can create, create is act in the world and from the things that already are in the world. i think that liberty is the possibility of decide about your options about an action, and we know about the consecuences, there is a very huge difference in what happened to me* for example when i was running and i fall or if i drop a glass i dont decide to do that action but it happened. what i did without consious somethings that i did just for inerce i dont know what exactly im doing. and the last one what i do because i want it. in this type of action i know what im doing and i know about my consecuences. liberty is act in base our wishes necessites and proyects. liberty is just do what i want and its not enough try to do what i want. But i think that we as humans that we are are delimitaded by a society that always is judge what we do or did, i think that we are not completely free, because we are desing to act for and with the other people, and i think that our fredom or liberty its over when the liberty of someone else begins. we are ruled by a society that make us that we keep our really wants for us , and dont tell anyone just to for fear of the opinion of the other people.
as i think we are only partially free of doing things we want, cuase you cant do anything without something happenin on you, because it exists something that is called consecuences, so you are limit of doing everything that just involves you not the other people
